Commitment, Challenge and Opportunity

The Company is committed to efficient energy management from the building design stage through to the selection of energy-saving equipment and the application of environmentally friendly technologies. Particular emphasis is placed on the efficient use of electricity across all processes to enhance construction efficiency, promote energy conservation, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Sustainable energy management continues to face challenges such as the high investment costs of energy-efficient technologies, limited access to renewable energy sources, and increasingly stringent energy regulations and requirements. As a result, the Company must engage in continuous planning and adaptation to maintain a balance between cost and efficiency.

Nevertheless, enhancing energy management and adopting renewable energy not only help reduce long-term costs but also create competitive advantages, strengthen the Company’s environmental reputation, respond to stakeholder expectations, and support global sustainable development goals.
