Commitment, Challenge and Opportunity

The Company places great importance on enhancing the employee work experience while fostering stronger engagement between employees and the organization. The goal is to ensure that employees feel proud and involved as co-owners of the Company by providing opportunities to voice opinions and collaborate in continuously developing the organization. These efforts are intended to create a driving force for sustainable success.

Nevertheless, building employee engagement remains a challenge due to workforce diversity, varying needs and expectations, as well as external factors such as economic and social conditions that may affect motivation and job security. In response, the Company prioritizes strengthening internal communication systems, cultivating a learning-oriented work environment, and reinforcing a people-centered corporate culture.

On the other hand, employee care and engagement represent opportunities to build stronger teams, improve work efficiency, and enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty. The implementation of the Noble Caring Survey every two years, covering seven key areas—senior leadership, colleagues, job characteristics, supervisory support, organizational practices, human resource management, and quality of life—serves as an important tool for understanding employee needs in depth. This enables the Company to further elevate work quality and reinforce the long-term sustainability of its business.
