The Company recognizes the importance of fostering strong communities and a sustainable society as a foundation for long-term growth. In this regard, the Company has continuously implemented initiatives to give back to customers and society, while strengthening relationships with all stakeholders. NOBLE is committed to being an active and positive contributor to society and communities, particularly in areas where the Company operates. Beyond financial support, the Company prioritizes active participation in creative initiatives that generate long-lasting value for local communities. For example, the Company has continued its flagship programs such as the Ari Community Development Project and the “noble PLAY | Inspiration Playground” initiative, which has now reached its third consecutive year. These projects have gained wider recognition and positive feedback from surrounding communities. A highlight of the program is the Pop-up Cafe, which supports small local coffee entrepreneurs by increasing their visibility and creating opportunities to expand their businesses in the future.
In addition, during the past year, the Company focused on supporting education as a key foundation for long-term community and social development. This included participation in CHOICE IS YOURS 2024 and the Thesis Exhibition 2024: Free Space for Young Generation. These initiatives not only provided opportunities for students to showcase their creativity but also helped reduce the financial burden of exhibitions and fostered greater social equality.
Supporting university students has also created opportunities to build strong relationships and collaborations between the Company and academic institutions. This enhances the Company’s recognition and credibility in society while allowing it to identify potential talent aligned with business needs for internships and future employment. At the same time, such initiatives help reduce recruitment costs and strengthen the Company’s long-term human capital development.

The Company is committed to creating value and giving back to customers and society under the vision of “Building homes that are more than just places to live, for a better tomorrow.” This is achieved through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities such as the Noble ID Workshop, which offers short learning courses aligned with modern lifestyles while providing opportunities for customers to engage with the Company and co-create a quality community.
Nevertheless, creating value for customers and communities continues to face challenges from diverse needs, stricter standards, and rising stakeholder expectations. To address this, the Company continuously adapts its strategies and enhances activities, while strengthening communication and collaboration with government agencies and partners to ensure balanced outcomes for all parties.
At the same time, collaboration with customers and communities creates opportunities to foster stronger engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty to the brand, while contributing to the sustainable improvement of quality of life and the environment.
Management and Operational Approach
The Company creates the relationship with customers through Customer Relationship Management activities developed on the basis of the corporate vision which is building houses which are beyond normal residences for the better tomorrow, that the activities have been created to maintain relationship with customers with Noble ID Workshop is the CRM activity focusing on providing short-term courses to promote learning and development of the participants’ potentials in all aspects while fostering interests among customers in alignment with the modern lifestyles. Specialists are invited to explain and provide in-depth knowledge for customers to expand in their own ways. The period of Noble ID Workshop is when customers and the Company can spend time together to build quality society by creating works. Participants’ satisfactions are analyzed to assess the standard of activity in customer centric way to attract the target customers.
In addition, the Company is aware of community problems in many areas and has formulated strategies to create sustainable economic and environmental value for communities by promoting collaborations with the government sector and establishing various projects to support working groups to capitalize businesses and ideas and develop skills. The Company has analyzed expectations from communities and all groups of stakeholders and has created communication channels for all groups of stakeholders to further develop them into guidelines.
